Code Snippet: You choose language: Interact with well documented API

Hi guys, I need a code snippet written that I can put into my Wordpress intranet webpage. The webpage is the latest version of Wordpress with all the associated requirements. The site updates to stable and not development repositories. The website runs on a VPS and any required changes can be made. Access to a test API and API Key will be provided to the winning bidder. Basically the code snippet will produce one text box and one submit button that can be pasted anywhere I want. When the submit button is pressed, it will take the data from the textbox and send that data, along with some other static data (that resides in your code snippet) and submit it to the API using the defined '[login to view URL]' method of the API. Lastly, the code snippet will need to handle the response. The website does not have the PHP class currently on the website and instructions will need to be given on, where to put the php file, what permissions are required and anything else you feel is relevant, should you decide to use PHP. I would also like, if possible, included in your bid a slightly changed version of your code snippet. Lets examine this further. (Two code snippets, slightly different) So above is the description of a code snippet that sends: API KEY, API SECRET, METHOD, MESSAGE and caller ID, filled with data from your code snippet > (Static data) and mobile number from the text box > (Dynamic Data) I would also like a snippet that sends a static mobile number but a dynamic message. So the textbox collects the message and sends to a pre-defined mobile number. If you can do this, please let me know in your PM or your bid.
