Computer Security/IT Consultant for Trust Seal Business

We're a new Internet company looking for a computer security consultant that can help us answer questions regarding design and implementation for our business. What we are trying to do has not been done before. Therefore, there are a lot of questions that need to be answered. They have to do with virus scanning and PCI compliance ([login to view URL]). What we are trying to do is similar to companies that provide trust seals for websites; typically ecommerce sites. Examples include: Truste, BBBOnline, Hackersafe, etc. Your task will be to help us to design the technical considerations for our company, help us better understand what we need to make our idea thrive, and answer any and all question we have that pertain to the topic at hand. There are 2 initial Stages: 1st Stage – This is an initial Q & A. This is to help both You and the Project SK team understand one another’s ideas and requirements. This is expected to be anywhere from 1 - 10 hours of consulting. 2nd Stage – Assuming the 1st Stage went well, You will need to create a preliminary report documenting the technical requirements that Project SK needs. *** In order to proceed with the 1st and/or 2nd stage, you will need to sign our Non-Discloure/Compete Agreement. *** Requirements: 1. Client-side Programming Languages - HTML, CSS, Javascript. 2. Server-side - PHP or Ruby, etc. 3. Web Server – Apache. 4. Database Design - MySQL or Oracle, etc. 5. Knowledge of Computer Security Principles. a. Virus Scanning Remotely (how to scan other's people's websites for viruses, or their download links for viruses/malware). b. PCI Compliance. ([login to view URL]) c. Understanding of how to lock down the process, and point out where vulnerabilities exist. d. Deep understanding of Internet based security exploits and can code fixes. ETHICAL Hacker or similar skills required. 6. IT Infrastructure Design Skills a. Need to be able to come up with a complete solution. This includes: design of infrastructure, resources, personnel needed, costs, etc. b. IPv6 Design/Implementation Please write a brief description of why you would be qualified for this job.
