## Deliverables
| | I have an existing website that needs some sections to be user-editable. It is a community/event website, which allows people to sign up for events, and then displays those people across the 50 states (USA) depending on where they live.
Each state will need a coordinator level user (or users) that can edit portions of the state page and add/remove which registered users are displayed on the page. Ideally, individual users would have a profile page as well, but that is not a high priority at the moment.
A second goal of this project is to create a form for users to submit their results from the annual event, and have those results stored in a database and displayed on a summary results page. If it is not difficult to do, then having the results displayed on the relevant state page as well would be a nice feature. IF user profiles are used, and it is possible to integrate easily, then the individual results could be displayed on the user profile pages as well, and the result entry be integrated with the user profiles as well.
Regardless of the method employed, only logged in users should be able to enter results to prevent spamming on the results page(s). The event is annual, so there should be allowance for a new results page for each year.
I am open to revamping how users are signed up and how they are stored and displayed if it makes this easier to implement.
The budget for this project if fairly small, as it is for a non-profit annual event that does not have a formal organization at this time. Please keep that in mind when submitting bids.
The current website is [[login to view URL]][1]. The site is currently programmed using PHP/MySQL, and I would like to continue to use that language. Please do not suggest moving to a different language/database type. |
