Converting files to dhtml

I'll start by saying that I have no experience with dhtml, but it was proposed to me as a solution to my problem, and this is why I have left the bidding open without any proposed price. I have no idea how difficult this task may be. Anyways, I currently have three files, the first ([login to view URL]) that calls up an array of data from a mysql table, along with accompanying text comments that display within the html table, similar to excel-based comments. The second file ([login to view URL]) turns the html display of the data into a large editable form, with javascript also allowing the user to add new rows and columns to the tables. In addition, there is also the ability to edit the comments displayed in the previous data table. Finally, the third file ([login to view URL]) submits all the data to the end databases, adding new pieces of data and comments to their respective tables, while also moving altered pieces of data out into a different table. Currently everything works alright, but it is become a slow process as the html displays become larger. Someone proposed to me the ability to incorporate dhtml into the files, so as to speed them up and create a sleeker interface, whereby someone could just toggle back and forth between and editable and static page, and when a cell is clicked upon it becomes "active" and editable. I'll attach the three files down below, and see if anyone has any proposals. Obviously, any solution would also have to retain the core functioning of the files now. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All versions of IE and Netscape.
