Create HotorNot Meet Me Dating Section

Hello Programmers, I need to have a site created that is exactly like [login to view URL] This is the Meet Me or Not section of the site [login to view URL] Main Front End Features Needed: 1. I would like to have a similar layout/look as the example site. 2. User will have normal basic registration 3. Logo editable from admin section 4. Quick Search bar. Similar to the one shown on the example site. 5. Yes / No buttons for question: Do you want to meet her? him? 6. 'More Photos' link that will open up the photos as it does on that site 7. 'User Keywords' as shown below the large photo 8. 'User Introduction' as shown below that. 9. 'Next Up...' box showing users that will be appearing next. 10. Banner Ad Location as shown to the right of the main photo. (Admin Editable) Main User Logged In Features Needed: 1. We need these section as listed under the dashboard on the left of page: Meet: Your Messages, Your Double-Matches, Said YES to You, You Said YES Favorites: My Favorites, Who Favorited Me Account Settings: Email Preferences, Personal Info, Membership Upgrade (To start I don't need the Membership Upgrade feature as the whole site will be free, but how much would it cost to add this in? 2. All of the basics that go along with the site: Upload photos, select main photo, etc. Please review all of the site and get a good idea for the features of the site. I only need the ones that are mentioned. I DO NOT need the 'Rate People' section or any of that. Please review and give me a price to create a copy of this site for my own site.
