Customer Image Preview when Shopping (Text added to product)

Create modification to open source shopping cart software* such that customer can insert a name/word into a form field on a product page and then preview this personal name or word on the product's main image (a pillow). In the shopping cart back end, administration, when setting up a product, a simple check box to turn on the function for product lettering preview would be necessary as not all products will use this preview ability. The elements of the product set up page would be the on switch (check box) and it would automatically choose the image uploaded as the main product image to preview letters upon it. If you think an added form field where the user adds a link to the base image would be easier or safer or what have you, that is also an option. On the product page itself: 6 fonts will be used (most likely we'll use transparent images of each letter/number, capital and lowercase letters)** modification can be used on specific products with in the product set up form of the shopping cart. All images will have a organized file naming system to make your programming easier and set in a specific folder within the mod. A drop down field of font choices for the preview would be necessary on the product page. Considerations for Bid: Once the modification is created for the cart, you will have full reign to sell it as a mod for that software.*** --------------------------------- * (current cart is not chosen at this time, but it will probably be OpenCart) ** I would be handling the creation of the transparent lettering, so this project is basically the independent mod that can be installed to the cart and all programming necessary to make it easy for the owner of the site to click a check box to turn on the image preview mod for a particular product. *** If you're comfortable with OpenCart, there may be more work on this site and my other sites that use this software in the future. -------------- Stripped down work flow: Customer: Customer clicks product > goes to product description page. Customer types in name to a form field, chooses font from drop down (or radio button), clicks preview Shopping cart applies name using transparent images over main image of product. Changing font then clicking preview allows on the fly image preview of name with new font. Site Owner: Site Owner creates product. Product needs preview ability, clicks check mark in set up form to turn on preview mode. Site Owner saves product, product is live with ability to preview letters over the product.
