Customize Magento Site

We have a site found at [login to view URL]~vitaherb/ that was built with Magento. We need just a couple of changes that need to be implemented. 1) We need all of the E-mails for Order Notification, Order Tracking Confirmation, Order E-mail, Along with an Abandoned Order Notification setup within CMS which can be edited with the CMS. 2) We need to see about having the initial order confirmation e-mail include an Estimated Shipping Date which is 3 business days after the order was placed (excluding Saturday & Sunday) This can be a JavaScript that is programmed into the e-mail message. This would be included in the order confirmation e-mail sent out by default. 3) Finish setting up shipping rules on the site which are found on (1) $6.95 (UPS 1-3 day guaranteed based on state delivered to) has insurance and tracking 2) $7.95 (USPS 5-10 day) no insurance or tracking and Free Shipping on Orders over $69.00). Which he also wants to be view able on the Cart page where the select the Shipping Option. (There is already something setup on the site now, however when it get's over the $69.00, rather then changing the price of the 2 current options to $0.00. It adds a third option that is free. This will not work) It needs to change the original options. 4) We would like an additional Thank You E-mail to be sent out 2 days after the Order Tracking e-mail is setup. If this could be setup as a Cron Job to happen automatically. Let me know if you have any questions, we need these changes completed as soon as possible..
