Customized PHP ad serving site

I have built a simple customized system for displaying advertisements for my clients. The system displays attractive ads for various social marketing ventures for my clients. I use them to drive traffic to promote my clients. I would like to make some new improvements to my code but I don’t have time and need a good coder with good communication who can add these new features. I will provide ftp access to my server and a development environment. I will show you my current site if I like your bid the work will be as follows: 1. Facebook like Clicks per day per project 1.1. I current use javascript to track when a user clicks like to my pages which works fine. What I need to start doing is tracking the likers IP address, country and date and time this like is made. 2. Add publisher ID and password to advertisement as a parameter 2.1. I need to add new metadata to the database so I can store a publisherID as a freetext field. A link to my main page including the publisher ID will allow my clients to see all the pages they currently have paid me to promote 3. Hits per day per project 3.1. I need to start tracking how many hits per day each advertisement got. IP address, country and date and time this like is made. 4. Hits and Like reports 4.1. I need reports that detail the hits and likes (2 separate reports) for each ad per day, a break down per hour. The reports need to be only visible to publishers with an ID and password mentioned above. 5. Publisher Menu 5.1. A simple publisher menu and log in system to view current project, and traffic via user name and password form. 6. Add AdPublished parameter 6.1. Add the paremeter into the database and admin fields. 7. Add FansTarget parameter 7.1. Add the paremeter into the database and admin fields 8. Add A country target field 8.1. Add the paremeter into the database and admin fields. 9. Make drop downs in admin panel for all true or false parameters 10. Add rotator 10.1. I want to have the option of sending all my traffic to a central URL and have the system work out where the visitor is from and choosing an appropriate advertisement to show. For the country target field if it is “WorldWide” it means any traffic will do. This page will chose the next ad to show based on country targeting as well as “target fans”. The higher the difference between “target fans” and the total number of fans clicks on the system, the more chance the ad will show. 11. Make posts more like articles 11.1. The URL for the ads should look more like it was coming from a blog. Also the front page of the advertisements should look more like a blog post, news article ect. Any advice here will be welcome. 12. Add digg button to the ads 13. Make very attractive "other pages" menu to the left of the pages 13.1. I want a classy meno on the left hand side of the page that read “More pages like this” or something like that. It should be minimized but scroll out when the mouse is over it. It will display other ads that have the published parameter as “True”. This must look and feel attractive. 14. Create a copy ad function 14.1. In the administrator side of the site I want the ability to copy an ad into another ad, and also to make a new ad based on an old one. This needs to be very simple.
