Design a Site 2(Repost)

We need to design a site. All our requirements have been specified in the attached document. The site needs to be fully DIV/CSS based. Pages should be css based and should be cross browser compliant. It should also be W3C complient : check [url removed, login to view] for HTML and [url removed, login to view] for CSS.

The pages should be developed for 1024 X 768 resolution but should not distort in other resolutions. It should be center aligned in higher resolutions.

This is a designing job with no programming involved.
