I need to develop a scanning software that can count the number of scanned images as it is being processed. The software must be able to replicate every scanned image into a folder designated by me without the user knowing. This is for the purpose of counting the number of images being scanned. Alternatively the software can simply count the number of images it scans and put only the number in a hidden folder designated by me.
The sole purpose of this software is to count the number of scanned images by a flatbed scanner. It should be usable on a large variety of flatbed scanners especially Mustek/Mercury and HP scanners
