the Volusion shopping cart solution I'm using has a 'county' filed mandatory on the check out page.
Capture+, a 3rd party solution I'm using to look up / auto-fill billing / shipping address on the check out page does not populate 'County' field for London addresses as it's not split into counties.
If a user is trying to fill 'county' in manually, capture+ suggests irrelevant addresses.
I need someone to write a piece of code to either:
1. make the 'county' field non mandatory on the checkout page (it's not a config option I would have access to)
or
2. disable capture+ in the 'county' fiend if 'city' is entered 'London'
