Custom Web Designer + Joomla Developer - 3.0 / 2.5

Hi, I need a Joomla developer with GOOD design skills who can help me customize & make modifications to the code as required. Since, I'm a developer myself, I would need some common fixes & support from time to time till one of my client's project is up & running. This is an immediate requirement & the work would start within an hour. If the programmer/company are willing to support and help complete this project, I have many more projects lined up which would not "require" entire site development but, in phases like the ones which I cannot code (for ex: modifying a footer or creating a new module position) & some design elements (ex: changing color of a logo, designing the layout or an existing layout modification). This is going to be long term commitment. I will open projects for the same service provider from time to time. Only serious bidders only. People with limited knowledge of design (using templates) (or) limited knowledge of Joomla (rough developer) NEED NOT BID and waste your time.
