Hi I need two reports against Elastix voip server.
The report will have to report on the users logging into the queues and logging out and on the status of their extension's DND.
You will have to provide all the necessary files configuration and installation documentation.
The report will have to accept 4 input parameters. agent, queue, start date, end date.
If parameters are not provided the report for full range should be created.
The examples of reports are attached.
