CGI script debug

I have a script on my shared server that is getting disabled by the host due to a memory hog situation.? need someone to review the script and the host's standards and recomend a fix.? NOTE: for this contract, you do NOT have to fix the problem, only debug the issue and get the Host to agree to what would fix the problem.? I have discussed the issue with support at the host company. the problem is NOT the CGI script we referenced in earlier notes. Rather, this script is owned by the host company and used to wrap scripts used inside my php applications to allow php scripts to execute as part of a web app. in order to determine which part of the php applications is the issue, we must document which scripts withing the php apps are using the strategy that would call this cgi wrapper. there are only two modules in my app in use at the moment, so the problem certainly is within a fairly maqnageable group of code. I need a php literate developer to walk thru the code an ddetermine where the offending code MIGHT be.
