Design hosting infastructure

I have a large Drupal site that consumes quite a bit of CPU, I need someone

to login to my current servers and design a new setup for me. I can provide

basic information to help you, but you need to investigate and advise me on

the following:

- Server requirements, how many and what cpu/ram/disk configuration?

- What software should I be using for best performance? Apache, nginx, etc

I just need this setup redesigned from the ground up. Scope of work is for

the design only, however, for the right canidate I will create a second

project to include the migration to the new setup you design.

I just wanted to add my site runs slow right now. I want the new setup to be
fast and designed for maximum performance.

Some questions I have:
- Should I run APC?
- Should I run memcache?
- Should I run Varnish?
- Can I see performance gains by using a CDN?
- Should I use "solr" optimized for pressflow?
