Develop a website

I have a client whose business offers certain services to clients. I am looking for some one to design and build a website. The client offers certain services and under each service offers sub services to customers. What I need from you is a good SEO accounted website containing : 1) Home Page - Nice well developed landing page 2) Services Page ( 1 page for each main level service ) Each service page will differ from others 3) Sub Services Page ( 1 page for sub level service for the main level service) Each sub service page will differ from others 4) Contact Us page 5) FAQ page 6) Request a Quote Page 7) Testimonials 8) Articles Pages ( ability to add articles from admin panel ) 8) Case Studies All the pages will have common header, footer, side bar, but different page titles and html header tags. You can do this using PHP. So if I change header or footer or side bar in one place , it will be automatically reflected in all pages. You should consider good SEO development when developing the site. The URL for service page should look like [login to view URL] and for sub service page under main service should look like [login to view URL] You must do this using html, css, dhtml, ajax and php You must be flexible and open to making changes and should get each page approved before moving to next I would pick some one who can give it to me in faster time and is available in next couple of days so they can complete this fast.
