We have a list of 100,000 email addresses that we want to send a personalized email to. We would like the emails to be sent in both HTML and Plain text (plain text would go to those who have images blocked in their email clients). We will have three personalized fields. We will want you to host the solution and will transfer our domain to your servers in order to send out the emails. Your server must be clean and the IP used not in any spam lists. We will want the ability to track opens, bounce backs and click thrus. We will want to be able to upload additional lists in the future to be able to use the program ongoing after sending the initial 100,000 emails. Please provide total cost, how quickly you could setup the program and how many emails could be sent per hour.

It will take us 4 working days ( US working days ) to set up the server. The server will be a linux server with Postfix as MTA. IP Address will be clean, ( hope you are not spamming !) IPs will have to be managed by you. Configuring the MTA / Bandwidth will decide how many mails can be sent in an hour! In general you can send around 2000 emails per hour!
