This would be a comprehensive project covering the identical z blocks features, additional features as described, setting up a sales site like [login to view URL], creating a licensing feature at the domain level of the subscription(with validation that the license subscription has been paid for and not cancelled)and all testing to see that is works as agreed. If I may just explain the vision of this app, you (as an ecommerce site manager) are constantly monitoring where your traffic is coming from and trying to increase conversion rates from that traffic. The goal of this app is to surround the visitor with RELEVANT messaging through the CMS ad sections like Zblocks. The way to make that relevancy most targeted is to know something about the visitor to tell them the right things that lead to a sale. Knowing where they came from and what they are there for will help that dramatically. This extension will allow that ecommerce manager to set up profiles of content only displayed to visitors that arrive under a certain circumstance (i.e. from a location by IP address, from a referring site you advertise with, from a keyword in either a PPC campaign or an organic search, etc. They also can set up a second profile for to test against and the system will award the position that receives the best results as far as a conversion or sale. They select a certain time frame to run this A/B test and the winner of the test will be the default profile set. In the end, the site manager can use this extension to segment traffic and message the appropriate calls to action or ads around the core pages set up in Magento (such as the content zones you see in Z blocks). see attachments for scope.
