i will be working for android version of this app. I will design graphics for this app after your approval on the design. I will use native android video recorder app for recording video. Android device's Location provider will be used to acquire user's location and local sms manager will be used to send sms to the selected user's. Do u want to maintain a history of these sms? If you want then project timeline will be increased to 8 days because i will have to maintain or design UI for these msgs.
