Add Feature to a phpBB3 MOD - phpBB Tracker

I need a feature added to this phpBB mod phpBB Tracker You can download it here [login to view URL] When creating a forum or category in phpBB you have the ability to move it up and down in the list. I need this feature added the phpBB Tracker Mod. In phpBB Tracker Mod there are categories and projects. Project are like sub forums. I need to ability to move categories up and down and then projects up and down with in the categories. I want this feature added to the admin panel only. So when the Admin moves a category or project up or down it must be shown on the front end the same way. If you have any question please ask!! Thanks!!
