Add table filters to bootstrap datatables

I am looking for filters to be added to a table of data which is using bootstrap datatables.
Also I am looking for some Ajax loading to take place when someone selects the next page. Currently, datatables will load the entire data set and sort it which is okay if you only have a couple of hundred records, but if there are several hundreds or thousands the load time is too long. So Page 2 data should only load when the #2 is clicked.
I have attached an image to add more detail to the requirement.
