Auto Linking Keyword Script to work on Mobile and Desktop in Forums

We are looking for someone to create a script the will auto link particular keywords/products on our forums whenever a person posts about it. So other words if a new member writes a post about a product we affiliate with ie. "I like my new Mazda 626" Mazda 626 automatically gets linked to [login to view URL] We have a Javascript now we use that does this already for readers on desktop platforms but it does not auto link on Mobile devices. THIS SCRIPT MUST WORK ON ALL MOBILE DEVICES INCLUDING SMARTPHONES, DROIDS, APPLE, TABLETS AND DESKTOPS IN ALL BROWSERS.
