Automatic affiliate link redirection in joomla site

I want automatic redirection to affiliate url on all the links posted on my joomla website (easydiscuss addon). User may post normal links on discussion forum, when a user clicks on any url the script should identify the website of the url and based on website it should automatically attach post parameters and pre parameters to url to convert it to affilate url.
