Change Wordpress Database Table Prefixes

I setup a site without changing the database prefix. Site has additional required plugins. I need all prefixes changed to a new prefix of my choice. I also have an additional WP site as subdomain that shares the first sites users. Second site has proper security with different prefix already. Looking only for those who are proficient with MYSQL and PHPMyadmin and can perform this task within 1 hour.
