Create a SIP phone integrated to website

I want to integrate a web based SIP soft phone to my site which i will be able to login my SIP account and dial or receive calls directly from my site.

Functions:

SIP compatible

Display Incoming Calls - "must be able to get the detail of the number of the incoming call and store it on a MySqli database EX: 2025558879"

Get Total Call Duration (inbound/outbound) - "EX: 00:23 , 05:30" to be stored to database

Make Outbound Calls

Store Outbound Call logs to database - "EX: from 2031145566 to:8889900886"

Can be used with PHP and Jquery

Can be configured to Receive Calls Automatically (Auto Answer)

Must be able to detect if Line is busy

Block Incoming Calls from numbers in a data list

Can be easily integrated to any page from the website.

Call Transfer and Conference
