Customize creloaded site

We would like to have the following done: If the customer is not logged in, and they click on the refill button they should be directed to a page which has the option of them selecting to either log into the exact order they want to duplicate (which is already programmed on the page) or if they are not sure they need to add in their login information and be directed to the order_history page. If the customer is already logged in, they should be automatically redirected to the order history page. Once they are on the order_history page with the listing of past orders, we would like to see a button beside the current view button saying "Repeat this order" By clicking on this button they will automatically load their cart with all the items from the order they selected. (buy now function) If they click on the "View Button" instead of the "Repeat this order" they will be taken to [login to view URL] page. Under the Option's section below each product, we would like to have the first option to list - Repeat this Product in Green and the second option which is already there "Need to return the product?" to be listed in Red.
