The outcome of this project is a delivery that allows for maintenance and upkeep by myself (reasonable IT knowledge). It will take the form of allowing web based customers to sign up for annual membership that provides one or more products at varying costs. The sign up will oblige them to provide their name, address and the email for themselves, plus name and telephone number of two different individuals. They must also subscribe to the membership in the name of a nominated individual, i.e. Four individuals recorded: Annual Member, Contact 1, Contact 2 and Nominee. What we will record is all this information and will simultaneously generate a GUID for Nominated individual, the GUID is attributable to that Nominated individual, each of their products, the two recorded Name & numbers and obviously the Annual Member. The annual member may repeat the process of obtaining an annual membership but for another nominated individual who will also have their own products and GUID attributed to them as different Nominees. Each registration will last for one year, from the time of each registration and will therefore lapse if the Annual Member has not renewed. Returning Annual Members will be registered and need to log into the website to add each new Nominee. Returning Annual Members can view but not modify historic information. There will also be a feature on the website that allows for ANYONE to search for the additional 'name and telephone number of the two different individuals' recorded at registration by entering the GUID alone. What will be returned will be the name and telephone number of both those two different individuals only. The GUID must be entered correctly (case sensitive) and if incorrect either 'Record Not Found' or 'Lapsed Member' will be returned. Annual Membership can be renewed manually or automatically via some online payment engine. Nice to have are emailed receipts for registration that return the GUID, and Annual Membership reminders. I am happy to accept either guidance at integrating your solution into a website, alternatively having the whole package (website & integrated software). NB: I have branding ideas.
