Migration from jpayplans to CBSubs (or other solution)

We have a website with jpayplans as payment systems. That system is causing us lots of trouble. We want to convert our payment system to CBSubs. We have three major tasks to be carried out: - CBSubs is missing skrill payment Gateway. Gateway description from skrill and from CBSubs (incl. integration examples) are available. You will need to write the CBSubs Payment Gateway Plugin to support normal and auto-recurring transactions. - We have existing auto-recurring payments. They are both on skrill and on paypal. We need to make sure, that these payments can remain in place and will be processed as auto-recurring payments. So trigger for a received payment needs to be accepted and booking needs to be put in place. - You need to convert the existing jpayplans contracts to CBSubs. Things to keep in mind: We are based in Europe (Germany), so tax calculation needs to be adjusted. CBSubs can do, but you need to be careful about this. We'll need to have an incrementing invoice number on our bills, please make sure you keep that in scope. If you want to offer an alternative Solution to CBSubs, we are open for this, as long as it works stable and fulfills our requirements.
