customize an erp script Part II

Part II of my ERP script customization project, 2 tasks to do: 1- this task would be very easy... under the top menu category "Help" I need a drop down menu with a new sub category: About erp then when user click on it, it opens a new page in the middle of the screen with some text that I will provide (may be an external file [login to view URL]) and a link with the version history. I don't want a pop-up window, it must be loaded inside the page. 2- now you are going to touch the database and add more fields... I want more fields for the Item object: - Colors: (drop down menu) blue, green, black, white, grey, purple, pink, red, yellow. - Size: text field 5 carac max - Serial Number: text field 25 carac max - Guarantee: (drop down menu) 20years, 10 years, 5years, 3years, 2years, 1year, 6months, 3months, 1month, No - Photo: 1 photo per item max size 500KB only JPEG or PNG (no BMP) MANDATORY: You will need to edit the language file for this in order to add more words ([login to view URL]) This is very very important that you tell me where (which line number) you will add teh new words because I have started to translate to French and I will also have to add these new words in my [login to view URL] file! So please use notepad ++ to edit the language file and write down which line you are adding a new word!
