Address Book Grabber in .NET/PHP (additional reqs)

I require a contacts importer or address book grabber for most email providers, particularly the more popular ones like Hotmail, Gmail and Yahoo. Once logged in, an additional requirement is required. It must have the ability to not only import address book, but also 1)crawl through the email messages within with "specific text delimiter" (or regex) for searching purposes. Much like a "find" function in your browser except that it will output all in an array of string. For e.g., if i input an email REGEX expression in the "search", it will output all emails addresses found in all the emails. --- 1) The page will ask for email/password. Once the user entered, it will check for the email provider, and run the scripts accordingly. 2) The scripts will 1) Go to the address book, and grab the emails, store into DB. 2) Crawl through their email messages, and store in DB. (2 different tables would be nice, linked by the same email so I can easily know which is from address book, and which is from the email messages itself.) 3) A search function with REGEX expression for me to query the database. For example, I input a REGEX for emails, and it will return me a whole list of emails address; from both address book, and from the emails messages (Refering to those forwarded emails, where they have many many emails addresses). P.S. Also, just to make sure that the find function is not for address book, but rather for the emails content itself. For example if there are 4000 mails, it will iterate through them and find it.
