We need an application made that resides on a web server and visits webpages. It must stay on the web page until it has finished loading. It must NOT use cron, this should be an application that sits on the server and visits pages at a pre-determined date.
You can use whatever language you like to create this. We have created a lot of webpages that process information and data and want to automate the process of visiting them.
This is similar to website monitoring, except it must wait until the page loads fully before responding.
