1. I need a ISP usage timer, showing the bandwidth in addition to time used on the [url removed, login to view] timer should be built as part of the index page. And the timer portion will be popup/popunder/slidein. In addition it should have adsense ads built into the index page.
2. It should have a rotating banner on top and bottom.
3. It should have a image ad of fixed pixel 2 each on top, middle and bottom.
4. It should have a form mail built in on the index page.
5. The timer/bandwidth usage should come in/out in the form of a pop up when you click a button to view "usage"
6. The index apge should have a flyin ad coming as a pop under/exit.
7. A basic timer model can be seen at [url removed, login to view] and this needs to be improved.
8. You can suggest what improvement u can make to the existing model.
9. First send a PM with all your doubts, suggestions, and clarifications, before bidding.
10. Full source code, installation instructions, help files and documentation must be provided as part of the project.
I may marginally delete/add some minor needs to the above.
