CSS Style sheet switcher in Perl

This project is for creation/revision of a perl script which allows the user to switch site layouts using templates and css. Currently the script is adapted from cssStyle - an open source script - but it now needs new features and shoring up of the code. It is a very simple script but one of the problems is on the refresh - instead of instantly switching it goes to a new browser and the user has to press back to see the new style controlled pages. Also, this script should reside in a directory in the cgi-bin and installation is not as easy as it could be. A good perl coder could either write a new script using the current one as a working example, or revise the current script so it is 1000% better. It should be capable of working with larger Perl applications (CMS systems) or on its own for content management purposes. This is a small project but may provide an interesting diversion for someone. The current script is attached.
