City Guide Website [updated]

Hello, I am looking for a similar site to [url removed, login to view] I am really looking basically for the script. I want the script part of it to be made in perl backed with a mySQL database. I want a design similar but not idential to the one at [url removed, login to view] I want to be able to add as categories and delete categories. Under each category, there will be listings that will have the company name and address. Also, there should be a place to have a map ( from [url removed, login to view] ) I want to be able to have it so that I can charge for these listings. There should be an option to charge through paypal. Also, they would be able to charge by money order, or check. When someone lists there business on the site, I want to be able to verify each listing and easily list it myself. I want there to be space on the front page like [url removed, login to view] has on there. If you are interested in doing this please let me know. I don't have a lot of money to spend on this. So I am putting a max bid at $100. I know this job is not a very hard job, and if someone is willing to do it for this price or lower that would be great. In addition, with your bid you will get ( on everysite this is on ) powered by ... at the bottom of everypage. And if it is even cheaper than $100 we can talk about a permanant advertisment on [url removed, login to view] which is a new computer community and when this becomes known you will be glad you have an ad on it! I will get full copyrights to the script and graphics.

some HTML, but also the script will be in PHP or Perl. I would prefer perl but will go with PHP if you think it would be better.

## Deadline information

I would like it done within about 1 month from when I get your bid. But a shorter time would be great!
