asterisk SIP (source patch and small AGI)

This project is very small scale and requires much more explanations than actual coding effort. It is for proficient sip and asterisk developer willing to spend a few hours hacking the asterisk sources. Although the description is long and exhaustive the task itself is simple and should take less than 10 hours of coding and debugging for proficient specialist in the field. Who can do it ??" Intimate knowledge of SIP stack and C/C++ and previous experience of creating customized SIP applications or developing asterisk patches for very specific purposes. What needs to be done ??" 1. Alter the behavior of SIP stack. 2. Write a simple perl AGI script to replace current dialplan How ??" Produce a patch against asterisk sources or develop a stand alone SIP router with dedicated function. Any developer would find it a good place to start assembling his 2do list. While we, as a client, do not presume to tell you, as a potential developer, what path to take, either patching asterisk sources or writing something from scratch. Given our specific requirements, it would be easier and quicker to go with altering asterisk sources, since in a case of newly written application, it would still need to interface with AGI script or have some of the sip express router feature set. Please do not bid on that project if you feel that you would need a learning curve for any of the technologies involved. While we appreciate the fact, that most IT people are quick study, we cannot deal with a beginner, because in current case we only miss a very specific expertise, while the general technical background we have in ample supply ourselves. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
