ASP case step fix

I need some asp code fixed so that if there is only one distinct subcategory, the user is automatically directed to the next step without having to choose. My site works like this. The menu on the left has the main categories, if you click on Political in the main left menu, you see a page that asks you to select either Democrat or Obama, which is fine, then when you pick one, you are asked to choose between short of long sleeve which is fine, then you see the products in that cat and can choose to see details. Now in the main menu on the left, click on Aliens, notice there is only one sub cat called conspiracy? If there is only one cat like this, then this page does not need to be seen by the user, the flow needs to be: CLICK ON ALIENS > USER IS THEN PRESENTED WITH SHORT OR LONG SLEEVE I have attached the page, I just need it fixed. I assume it is the case step stuff. Please do not ask for the db, I need someone who understnadsd asp very well and can just mod the page supplied.
