Add UPS Shipping Calculator to custom perl shopping cart

I have a custom built MYSQL and Perl shopping cart that I've used for many sites. I need to add a UPS Shipping calculator to the script to calculate accurate shipping charges.

I have a perl script that is supposed to work to get the correct UPS rate, but I need it integrated with the current shopping cart I am using.

I've included a zipped copy of my existing shopping cart to allow for more accurate bids, along with the [url removed, login to view] script that I wish to integrate with the shopping cart.

I simply need someone to change the shopping cart to use the [url removed, login to view] script for the shipping charges.
