Asterisk / FreePBX backup/failover setup(repost)

I have Asterisk with FreePBX running on my server. I need the following done:

-I would like to install Asterisk on a new dedicated server. I will be using current configuration as far as IVR etc is concerned.

You would need to create a backup/failover setup so that if this server fails , the backup ( the asterisk on current server) is activated.

Upgrade Astersik/ freepbx( or any other solution) to current version/patches.

Some minor troubleshooting is needed in the current setup.

You should have experience with Cisco IP phones

In addition would like you to configure hylafax in failover setup. Hylafax is installed but is not configured. you will need to configure it for incoming and outgoing faxes.
