Build Me A Server Side Autoposter

I need a server side autoposter to post ads on C L. I need to be able to access it from any browser in the world with an easy to use interface that is password protected. Basically I need it to allow me to write in my ads, add html, and save the ads. Once saved I want to be able to select from a list ANY (multiple or single) sections of C L and press a button that says "post" and it posts the ad. I also have geo specific proxies. Once the system begins to post I need it to KNOW that it must grab a proxy that's in that geographic location. I need to be able to load up like 7 proxies in some input box. I need them to be saved to the server. When the autoposter is posting multiple ads in that section/city, I need the proxies to ROTATE (only amongst the proxies assigned to that geo location). I need the autoposter to have a scheduler. I want to be able to walk away after setting a schedule in it and know that it will post the ads faithfully and on time. I need it to be able to log into C L using phone verified accounts. I need there to be a place I can dump large quantities of pva's in the autoposter system. The autoposter must, at the time of posting ads, log into C L using them and then post an ad to the location I have chosen or it's scheduled to do. I also need there to be an error checker so if the proxy isn't connecting properly, or the pva isn't connecting properly, that your system recognizes there is a problem and corrects it without hanging in a stalled state. I also need there to be a place I can dump large quantities of gmail accounts which the serverside autoposter would use in posts. I need you to make it so there are many gmails that are used on rotation for posting.
