CRE Loaded Checkout Customization

I want to cleanup the checkout process on my CRE Loaded ecommerce store. ? I have another website which is very similar, but the checkout pages look a lot better. ? I want to copy the content and format identically.

Basically? I'm looking to clone the work from one of my sites onto another one.?

Here is a more extenisve description of the assignment:

I have a CRE Loaded e-commerce website - www.realxtremepaintball.com. ? The checkout pages are aesthetically not pleasing. ? I have a second website which I like very much. ? I'd like to make the CRE Loaded site look like my second website, for the checkout pages only.?

This includes removing some content, changing some text, and re-organizing the layout of about 5 pages. ? If you know PHP and CRE Loaded, this should be a trivial task.?

The second part of the project is to allow people that have already purchased a product with a specific email address to purchase again using the same email address. ? Currently this causes some sort of database error. I'm not sure how to fix it, but I suspect it's similar to the "Checkout Without Account" module for zen-cart. ?

This is the only part of the project where I'm looking for functionality changes, the rest is just cosmetic.
