We need the cutting in HTML/CSS 3 to be done for the 2 web pages attached.
- The web page, once cut, has to look exactly like the PSD given,
- It must display the same in 1024 and in higher resolutions and IE6, IE7, IE8, FF at least.
- The cutting has to follow the logical blocs of the page.

We need the cutting in HTML/CSS 3 to be done for the 2 web pages attached.

General consideration :
We need the following rules to be applied:
- The web page, once cut, has to look exactly like the PSD given,
- It must display the same in 1024 and in higher resolutions and IE6, IE7, IE8, FF at least.
- The cutting has to follow the logical blocs of the page.
- The cutting has to be "complete" which means :
. all the text has to be real text, not images (except for special fonts of course),
. photos have to be isolately cut (because photos are dynamic actually),
. forms elements such as input, checkbox, radio button, select have to be HTML, not images or drawings,
- The cutting has to be elastic in height,
- No iframe nor frame must be used,
- No javascript for rollover, submenus, etc. except if absolutely necessary,
- Please provide PSD for buttons or text in images,
- The page has a 970px with, everything that is on the right or on the left is in this background.

Home page
- Top of page? : «? accès réservé? » is a link (use #)
- Menu? : the orange color on the menu «? qui sommes-nous? ?? » is the rollover color and the selected color. The mirror effect on the fonts is not used when the menu is orange. Of course the little hand near the orange menu is due to the screenshot, ignore it.
- The whole «? indian? » bloc is an image
- The bloc right to the indian has 3 circles : the circle «? Votre demande de financement? » is always visible and is a link (use #), the two other cicles do not show the text except when the mouse rolls over.
- The «? J-148? » bloc is a Flash animation, we will insert it. Same for the blue bloc in the right bottom, we will insert a Flash animation, just anticipate the place for it.
- In the bottom of the page : «? Cap Développement? », «? Mentions légales? » and all the elements under the orange line are links (use #)

Inner page

- Left menu? : these are sub-menu links, we will need to add or remove these and the black background has to adapt in height
? - The «? J-148? » element is a Flash animation
- All the left bloc is “moving?? which means when we scroll on the page this bloc is always present (see for instance [[login to view URL]][1] the left and right blocs in the margin).
- The orange logo in the page is part of the background. The white text is the logo of the page is not part of the background.
- Same remarks in the bottom of the page than in the home page : links.
