Classic ASP - Parse XML stream

I need a Classic ASP (VB Script) page that I can use as an "Include" that will parse the XML data from the National Wether service XML stream located at <[login to view URL]> The XML file is <[login to view URL]> (You will have to view it as an XML file to see in a browser) ## Deliverables I just need the Detailed 7 day forecast text (XML Tag: wordedForecast ) But I needed it formatted so that I can place it inside a Text Area Form Field with HTML formatting> so that after stored in a DB and then displayed in a web page it looks like **This Afternoon: **Partly sunny, with a high near 53.
