Complex Website Programming and Design

I am looking for a programmer and design team to create a new website which has the same functionality as [login to view URL] but with some additional features. The website will need user logins and profile pages, search functions with the ability to sort by various categories, payments through paypal, members to be able to send private messages to other members, as well as some other features. BEFORE YOU BID - please take a look at and be familiar with Fiverr.com. The site we am looking to create is extremely similar in nature so please include in you message and bid to me that you have in fact reviewed the Fiverr website. IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE CHECKED OUT FIVERR IN YOUR BID I WILL ASSUME IT IS AN AUTOMATED BID AND YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. it would probably be most helpful if you have created a username and logged in and understand all its features to better provide an accurate bid and time to create estimate. there are additional details that i will reveal to interested and potential providers only. PLEASE MAKE YOUR BID AS IF YOU ARE RECREATING EXACTLY THE FIVERR WEBSITE, AND AS WE DISCUSS ADDITIONAL FEATURES YOU CAN ADJUST YOUR PRICE ACCORDINGLY. i do not want $100 bids as "placeholders" which you will tell me the real bid upon hearing additional features, give me your REAL bid to recreate Fiverr and we can use that as a starting point. We do not want this in Joomla, we want databases where we can have extensive tracking of user activity, control over posts/users, etc so a very robust backend tracking system. Most importantly is that you need to be local. We are located in NYC and need to be able to MEET with the actual programmers/design team and walk through this. We will want to have frequent calls to discuss and make sure this is being done right the first time. We have experience building many websites and know the difficulty in going back and having to redo even the most minor things. If you are not located in the area and able to meet in NYC (area) and speak weekly then do not bid. This is going to be a long term relationship, whatever firm we choose will hopefully work on the admin/support of the site.
