Credit Card Payment Page Integration in Turkish using Global Merchant Account Providers

We are a Turkey-based web company. We are currently using Paypal in our website as payment solution. We need a credit card payment page to extend our payment alternatives. Please check details below. ## Deliverables - We dont have a Virtual Pos account from local banks like Garanti Bank or Finans Bank and we DONT want to use them. - We want to use an international Merchant Account Provider like ccbill, worldpay, authorize.net. - We want the payment page is FULLY in turkish and only with custom fields that we have selected. - On payment page we want to use minimal information. So we want to use only below fields > Credit card number > Expiration Date > CVV2 code (designer will select a merchant which allows us only using these fields ) - We firstly want that the designer recommends us a suitable Merchant Account Provider which fulfills our needs. We are a well established company. So no problem for us to open an account in these providers. - We want that the designer programs the interface between our website and providers payment API. - Our webservers are on Unix. So we prefer PHP / Mysql as the web technology. - Other information required can be provided upon request. - For candidates, references from previous projects is a must!
