A Load Board, Database Site

Mainly a database site what i want is a load board. i need a website that will allow a company to to list a load car or freight. not a lot of detail in listing item, to city , from city, , maybe 2 different yes and no buttons , cost and zip code also the mileage between zip codes. i need the transport company to be able to search by all of the above to find the right load for them. be able to click on a lick to that take the to and from zip codes and pull up a google map of the route. i want the transport company to be able to be able to accept that load online it sends a request to the broker company. more than one transport company can submit to that one load when the broker goes on line he can see all the transport companies that have accepted the load and pick one online, when they pick the load it will send a dispatch sheet to the transport company, notify them by email. both will be able to go in and see all the loads they have that are active closed and be able to update the info online like the load has been picked up and delivered, payment sent and then have a rating system that they can rate each other. i have a site i can have you take a look at after accepted to see most of what i want. its mainly a database site ## Deliverables i will also need the site to memberships on user accounts
