CD Search Engine

There are two parts to this application. Part 1 This tool will be used to build a search engine for? a collection of? files located on a CD or shared hard drive. The images or PDF’s will be indeed with metadata and the users will be able to select which data should be used as search criteria.? The intent of this tool is to create an index file that will will be the lookup file for the Web based search.? This lookup file can be a java script or other file that will hold the pointers to each of the files and their associated metadata. .Part 2 A web based interface that will access the search index created above. I am attaching a sample of the way this web page should work-? The sample does not work from a load file. I have an application that created the JS file from the file name and file content.? This project is to provide similar results using a ‘load file’ approach. I am attaching a sample load file and their associated PDF file.
