adjustment to keyword lookup in existing excel estimating program

The bid request is for a modification of an existing keyword lookup routine in an excel construction estimating program with a database of over 18,000 construction tasks. Each item (task)? in the database contains a "ten digit code" number, a "70 character description", a "unit of measure....LF, EA, etc." a "Material Cost" a "Labor Cost" and a "Equipment Cost". At present the user enters one or more keywords to find an item. the problem is that it takes the user to the first occurance of the word or words and stops. The contract is to include? and display all of the items containing the keyword or combination of keywords and exclude from the display all others.? It is important that the user be able to pick one or more of these items? by double clicking in the item as it? does now. When the user has finished the screen should return to the original displaying all 18000 items and a new lookup can begin.? ## Deliverables The database routine is needed in the screens produced by clicking on the? "Cost Data" tab within the workbook
