Realtor Home Listing Plugin for SiteKreator CMS

Project Summary: We require an automatic plugin that pulls in MLS RETS feed data into Sitekreator CMS platform using the Sitekreator API [login to view URL] . The data will then be used to display the real estate listings on the specified Sitekreator CMS website. Each listing must have its own unique url and page. The method must be automatic and require no updating or maintenance on our end. We also require the plugin to be duplicated in order to put it on more then one Sitekreator CMS website. PLEASE READ THE SITEKREATOR API AND PROVIDE THE METHOD YOU PLAN ON IMPLEMENTING THIS PLUGIN WITH YOUR BID. Details: We want to implement a real estate plugin to work inside our branded CMS websites which our developed on the SiteKreator CMS and based off of Mootools. The complete sdk and API are available at [login to view URL] The purpose of the plugin/application will be to pull in realtor listings from MLS feed from A RETS data feed. This information will then be store on a separate database either in our CMS or our own offsite databases. This data will then be pulled into the website and must be kept current with the info from the RETS data feed automatically. There will be a number of page types that will need to be developed on the existing webpages. The header and footer in the attached layouts are already created. The plugin section will be everything in between those as seen in the attached layouts. The first attached layout is the listing index page which must have between 5-10 listings per page. A page numbering index must be present at the bottom of the listing page and take you to the next page of listings. A search function must also be included on the listing pages. A sidebar with widgets is also included on this page. The plugin must look exactly like the layouts. The other attached layout is for each individual listing url. All the information you see on that layout must be used for each listing if available. There must all be all photos for the property and thumbnails underneath which change to the larger picture when clicked. This is shown in the layouts. We are able to provide our own databases if the ones within our CMS are not functional enough to work for this project. Access will be given depending on needs. IF THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE WITH SITEKREATOR CMS API, WE WILL LOOK INTO USING A SUBDOMAIN AND CLONING THE EXISTING WEBSITE IN WORDPRESS FOR THE LISTING PAGES. THIS IS ONLY A WORKAROUND.
