Calendar for website

I need an event calendar need to be implemented on my site with following features 1.) The Calendar should have two users a. Administrator b. Guest 2.) Administrator could add holidays to the calendar 3.) Guest could ONLY view the holidays added on the Calendar 4.) Administrator should be able to add holiday on any of the day. 5.) Administrator should be able to remove holiday from any of the day 6.) Administrator should be able to modify holiday text from any of the day 7.) At any point in time Guest / administrator should be able to jump to any of the specific day given by user as input. 8.) At any point in time Guest and Admin should be able to view entire calendar year as well any of the month so it should be Monthly / Yearly view of holidays 9.) There should be provision of << (last month) and >> (next month) links to visit previous and next month calendar. 10.) At any point in time user should be able to visit Previous Year and Next year calendar too. 11.) In both monthly and Yearly calendar view Guest / administrator should be able to view the holiday days in different color so that those days could be viewable quickly 12.) When admin logs in the calendar should greet admin as Welcome admin. 13.) If someone try to login with incorrect entry code, that user should not be allowed to login and unauthorized user should not be able to add holidays into the calendar. 14.) The calendar details will not be stored in database as I don’t have database, so this should be everything on TEXT/ CSV / XML / any other format 15.) If Ajax is required, you could use AJAX too, for its implementation 16.) Calendar color coding should be customizable, so at any point in time I should be able to change
