This project entails taking a sliced tempalte/PSD and making it to a workable three page site. Each page will be supplied as a PSD.
Certain elements of the site would have to work such as the navigation bar dropdowns, hover overs, etc. as well as others - such as a video section on the page and a twitter/facebook stream from our accounts. A supplied flash header would also need to be embeded.
The site will be used for a web-based presentation, so not all elements need to work right away.
Ideally, a php expert is preferred as the later project, if approved, will have to integrate the pages with an existing custom built CMS. The CMS at that point would need to be modified to support these elements as well as others - possibly a shopping cart.
Additional consideration is given to those that represent a company or team. Otherwise, the portfolio will be more of a deciding factor, so please include the sites you have worked on via PM or post.
